Enables the finding of structural variants
Saphyr is Bionanos latest instrument for Optical Genome Mapping (OGM). Ultra-high molecular weight DNA (>150 kbp) is analyzed and the whole genome can then be visualized with the interactive Bionano Access software. Optical mapping enables the finding of structural variants throughout the genome, which are often missed by other techniques.
