Qthaw rapid

The Qthaw-rapid is a fully automatic system for fast thawing of frozen plasma. The short process time allows thawing just in time and close to the need. The Qthaw Cassette is the key component in the system for ultra-fast and controlled thawing of fresh frozen plasma.

The Cassette equalizes the energy in the plasma if form of radio waves It makes it possible to deliver the required energy to the bag for ultra-fast thawing. Integrated measuring and control functions provide the highest quality and prevents coagulation. The required energy and estimate thawing time is calculated based on temperature and volume in the bag. During thawing the temperature of each bag is continuously monitored.
